What does HR outsourcing with rio·hr cost?
We charge transparently per employee and month. The price depends on which services we take over. You will receive an individual quote after our initial consultation.
Do I have to use Personio?
No. We are happy to work with your existing tools. If you use Personio Payroll, we take over your complete payroll. If your payroll is run by a third party, such as your tax advisor, we handle the preparatory payroll accounting.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We support clients remotely across Germany. We can also come to you on site when needed.
How do you handle sensitive personnel data?
We work in compliance with the GDPR and agree on the handling of your personnel data in writing. Discretion goes without saying.
